- Total units sold are down from 2017, however total volume is up from 2018. This highlights the increasing prices for homes and the appreciating value that could be found in your own home.
- Average days on market for a home from listing date to closing date has increased over the first three quarters of 2018, however, this number still shows historically low over the past 15 years.
- Annual median sales price for residential properties continues to increase, reaching an all-time high. This bodes well for homeowners that would like to get the most for their home right now, and buyers may want to find the right deal by working with a professional agent.
