- Average Days on Market (CDOM) continues to stay low. This continues a streak dating back two years where Utah County homes are being sold at a very fast rate. Now is a great time to sell your home if you’re looking to get it gone quickly.
Annual Median Sale Price – Residential has risen to an all-time high. We like seeing this when combined with the days on market. The homes are selling fast and the prices continue to appreciate.
- Sales Price vs. List Price Ratio – Residential has continued to drop, but is staying above 98.5%. This is not alarming, but to be expected with a growing market with a lot of new homes being built.
