Draper has a very healthy and agressive buyer market, without the volume of new construction of some of the other areas featured in past weekly market highlights. This bodes well for all home sellers in the area.
If you own a home in Draper, these are some things that you may want to know. Separating into four separate categories ranging from 200k to 1 million-plus, there is a significant difference between the starter home and under 600k market vs. the over 600k luxury home market.
The key to know is that when we are in a market that has under 6 months of inventory, property values are still appreciating. This is highlighted in the 200k-400k, the 400k-600k segment and the 600k-1Mil segment.
