If you own a home in Herriman, these are some things that you may want to know. Separating into three separate categories ranging from 200k to 1 million, there is a significant difference between the starter home and under 600k market vs. the over 600k luxury home market.
The key to know is that when we are in a market that has over 6 months of inventory, property values stop appreciating. This is highlighted in the both the 400k-600k segment and the 600k-1Mil segment. We are seeing that the 200k-400k segment is staying under the 6-month inventory level.
