If you own a home in South Jordan, these are some things that you may want to know. Separating into three separate categories ranging from 200k to 1 million, there is a significant difference between the starter home and under 600k market vs. the over 600k luxury home market.
The key to know is that when we are in a market that has under 4 months of inventory, home prices continue to rise. This is highlighted in the both the 200k-400k segment and the 400k-600k segment. We are seeing the opposite of this with the 600k-1Mil segment, which has a 7.5 month inventory of properties.
